About Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu yoga is a compassionate practice emphasizing non judgement and self acceptance.
Classes are formed around a holistic approach into the inquiry of yoga and are accessible to everyone. Through this practice
one learns to listen to the body and work towards personal edges. Each class begins with a warm up and breath awareness
to prepare the body and mind for posture. At the heart of the class is asana practice (postures ) which work to stretch, strengthen
and balance the body in a series of flows and sequences. Each session ends with relaxation and guided meditation.
Malakai is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher, a graduate of the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
Malakai's unique and playful approach to yoga allows for each individual to tap into their own personal exploration and expression.
